Our very special Ena Harkness. An old but still truly stunning rose. The water bounces off those velvet-like red petals as it glistens in the midday sun. The droplets appear to hydrate her, showing her bloom in full glory. A truly beautiful painting of which I am extremely proud.

This painting was done for my friend's special birthday a few years back. It hangs in her living room. Sadly, she passed away this summer (2016) after a short battle with cancer. She was only 62.
My 2017 Official Calandar is dedicated to her memory and for every one sold I will donate 50p to Cancer Research UK. Calendars can be purchased from this website.
