COMMISSION YOUR OWN PALETTE KNIFE FLORAL PAINTING
Unlike a fine art painting where details are important, painting with palette knives and thick paint to create texture is a more intuitive process where my creativity can be unleashed to produce these beautiful pieces of art.
As with fine art, though, every painting is undertaken with skill and technique, artistic integrity and creativity to ensure that your artwork will not only be treasured, but will look amazing in your chosen space.
I use artist's quality materials only which will ensure the longevity of your palette knife painting and paint on:

Italian canvas hand-stretched on 2" deep stretcher bars which will be ready to hang

primed mdf board which has a smooth finish and will need framing
-
primed circular poplar wood which will be ready to hang*

THINGS TO CONSIDER
PAYMENT

A deposit of at least 20% is required with every order.

The balance is due on completion once you are happy with the online preview.

Bank transfer (internet banking) and Paypal are accepted.

Should you live locally, cash on collection is also accepted.

Payment in installments can be arranged although the artwork will not be released until full payment has been made.
HOW LONG?

Waiting times can vary depending on work load; an approximate completion date will be given at time of ordering but please allow at least 2-4 weeks from order date.

Shorter deadlines for special dates can sometimes be met - please get in touch.

Christmas orders should be booked as early as possible to avoid disappointment.
FRAMING YOUR ARTWORK
FRAMING

If you have chosen primed mdf then your artwork will be framed which is inclusive of the price.

Frames are matched to your artwork in order to enhance the piece as much as possible.

Standard frames are either black, white or silver, however, if you have a preference please let me know.

Some artwork can include the frame as part of the painting, like this one:

When choosing what size you want, think about where it will hang:
- how big is the space?
- is it a portrait, landscape or square shaped space?These factors can really whittle down the size and orientation of your chosen painting

Colours - do you want them matching your interior decor or a little more traditional?

Box canvas or a framed piece on mdf?
PRICING

Pricings are based on standard sizes, however I can work in most dimensions up to 30" x 40".

I try to keep my pricing as competitive as possible, however, please do bear in mind that they do reflect not only the time spent creating your painting but also include the cost of artist quality materials used as well as all peripheral work included (sanding and priming mdf or hand-stretching the canvas, etc).

Please contact me if you are considering a painting done on circular poplar wood as these are bespoke and limited in available sizes.

Prices include framing if you choose the mdf board option.
